Android app - compatible file types
Any file on your computer can be saved to your File Director folder and downloaded to your Android device.
The file viewer within File Director opens image and text files with the following extensions:
• Text - txt
• Image - jpg, jpeg, png, tiff, bmp, gif
To open other file types, you must have an appropriate app installed on your device. If you are having difficulties opening a file in another app, it may be that your organization has restricted this behavior.
