Mac File Director overlay icons

Depending on the settings applied by you and your organization, File Director files shown in Finder display overlay icons so you can easily see their state.

Icon Meaning
The file is downloaded and available on your computer.
The file does not exist locally. Click the file to download.
The file is uploading to the File Director server.
The file is downloading from the File Director server.
A yellow triangle indicates a conflict with file versions that you need to resolve.

You can configure whether files display overlay icons in Preferences > Settings.
