• User name: Your user name, in domain\user name format. Your user name must be a valid user name in the CAM Database, with permission to run Reporting.
• Password: Your password for the domain, if required.
• User name: Your Cherwell Service Management user name.
• Password: Your Cherwell Service Management password.
