Using SAML Authentication

Starting in CAM version 13.2, CAM supports use of SAML authentication for sites that also use Cherwell Service Management (CSM) version 9.1 and above. Because your SAML identity provider configuration may not yet support authentication using the CSM REST API, do the following if you plan to use SAML:
