Change Virtual Environment Discovery Machine Dialog Box

You can change the credentials for the selected virtual environment configurations.

Getting There

To change the credentials for multiple virtual environment configurations:

1. In the Configure Virtual Environment Discovery dialog box, select one or more configurations, then select Change.
2. If you have selected a single configuration, you can test your virtual environment and/or guest credentials once you've made your changes.

   1. Enter the virtual environment user name and password and select Test Virtual Credentials.
      If you have selected more than one configuration, you cannot test your connection.
   2. In the Test Virtual Environment Discovery dialog box, select Test.
   3. Select Close when you're done testing.
   4. If you're using separate guest credentials, enter the guest user name and password and select Test Guest Credentials.
   5. In the Test Virtual Environment Discovery (Guest) dialog box, select Test.
   6. Select Close when you're done testing.
   7. Select OK.

   If you have selected multiple configurations:

   1. Enter your virtual environment credentials.
   2. If you're using virtual environment credentials for guests, keep the Use virtual environment credentials for guests check box selected.
   3. If you're using separate guest credentials, clear the Use virtual environment credentials for guests check box, then enter the guest user name and password.
   4. Select OK.
3. Select OK in the Configure Virtual Environment Discovery dialog box.
