The worksheets contained in the Excel file you selected in the previous screen are listed here. Any named ranges in your worksheets are also listed. Click the worksheet or range that contains the user-defined data you want to import, and specify whether the worksheet's or range's first row of data contains column headers. Click Next to continue.
