Synchronize with CSM Dialog Box

Getting There

Use this dialog box to synchronize CSM data, including CSM teams and users, with Cherwell Asset Management. This is generally the last step in changing to CSM authentication, and a task you can perform any time you update users, teams, and security groups in Cherwell Service Management. If you don't see the CSM users you expect to see in Reporting and Purchasing, it's a good idea to select Synchronize here. The synchronization process may take a few moments to complete, and users won't be able to log into Cherwell Asset Management applications during that time. The dialog box closes when finished.
