How to Delete an Asset

To delete an asset, do one of the following in the Other Assets panel:

• Select the asset(s), right-click your selection, and select Delete Asset.
• Select the asset(s) and select Delete.
• Move the asset(s) to the Deleted assets folder in the left pane.
• Select the asset(s) and select Edit > Delete.

The asset(s) you deleted now appear in the Deleted assets folder.

You can permanently remove assets from the Deleted assets folder by selecting them and then selecting Delete, or by right-clicking your selection and selecting Delete. You can also right-click the Deleted assets folder and select Empty "Deleted assets" folder to permanently remove all deleted assets.

By default, you are prompted to confirm the permanent delete action. You can turn off this confirmation option by selecting the check box in the dialog box that displays the prompt, or in the Warnings tab of the Options dialog box.
