Alternate Executables

In some cases, a given license unit may contain multiple executable (.exe) files. Alternate executables are files with .exe extensions capable of starting the application contained in the license unit.

To specify alternate executables, use the Add as Alternate Executable dialog box.

In most cases, an application can be identified by a single main executable with other executables categorized as support files. Specifying an alternate main executable is only required if the presence of an application cannot be determined by a single executable file.
