CAM Administration Service Cannot Communicate with the CAM Database

The CAM Administration Service cannot communicate with the CAM Database, usually for one of these reasons:

• Your SQL Server is unavailable. Check your SQL Server configuration, and restart it if necessary.
• The CAM Administration Service and CAM Database are of different versions. Upgrade the earlier component to match the newer component.
