Issues with Concurrent Applications

On Citrix machines, concurrent applications delivered in published application mode can't notify users of available licenses.

Running the CAM Agent on Citrix and Terminal Server Machines

There are no changes necessary if you run the CAM Agent on Citrix Metaframe or Windows Terminal Server machines that don't publish applications.

If you want to run the CAM Agent to machines that run Citrix Metaframe or Windows Terminal Server and publish applications, you need to add emmeter.exe to the userinit line in the machine's Registry in the following location:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

The following is an example of how the edited userinit line should look on a 64-bit machine:

C:\windows\syswow64\wex4962\emmeter.exe

The following is an example of how the edited userinit line should look on a 32-bit machine:

C:\windows\system32\wex4962\emmeter.exe
