This Machine Does Not Have Any Supported SQL Server Instances Installed

 This topic applies to on-premises installations.

The upgrade failed because the SQL Server Browser Service is required to upgrade the CAM Database, and it was not running. Start the SQL Browser Service and then restart the upgrade.
