Most issues can be resolved by consulting the email message you received from Cherwell regarding your hosted installation.
Access Point Issues After Switching Remote Hosts
For correct access point operations, you should make sure that your on-premises components point to your current remote host (the one shown in the Status panel and in the Hosted Cherwell Asset Management dialog box). To check this, go to the Status panel and look at the Access Points section. Verify that a valid access point is listed (with no exclamation mark to indicate a problem) for the remote host that is listed in the Hosted Cherwell Asset Management section of this panel. If a problem exists, open the Registry on all machines from which you run CAM Administrator, and update the ConnectRemoteAPURI setting to point to the same hosted environment as the remote server.
