Reporting Applications User Policies Dialog Box

Getting There

Use this dialog box to enable Reporting Applications (Reporting, License Analytics, and CAM SaaS Analytics) user policies.

By default, Reporting Applications user policies are disabled. If you want to enable them, be aware that the first user who enables these user policies becomes a Reporting administrator, with Reporting administrator privileges.

To enable Reporting Applications user policies:

  1. Select Enable Reporting Applications user policies to allow multiple users access to Reporting, License Analytics, and SaaS Analytics.
  2. Click OK.
  • To open Reporting, select the hyperlink at the bottom left of the dialog box.
  • Use the Administration tab to add users and specify whether each user has full or limited permissions to view and change reports. You can also ensure specific users cannot see these reports.
