Re-reconciling Software Line Items with License Units

License Analytics requires versions of LA titles to be in individual license units. While this is the default behavior for configuring Office and Windows, Project and Visio were normally configured with all versions in a single license unit in previous versions of Cherwell Asset Management. During the upgrade, if either of these license units exist with multiple versions configured, they are split into multiple license units: one for each version.

Your existing purchasing data likely has purchases of these titles reconciled to the original single license unit. Depending on what versions you have in your environment, as well as what you might have changed in the license unit configuration, you should check each purchase of Project and Visio to make sure they are reconciled to the correct (possibly new) license unit.
