Volume Contract Machine Exceptions

These exceptions can occur in situations where you have a machine with LA titles that you purchased through a volume license channel and one of the following conditions exist:

• The machine is not a member of any group associated with a volume contract.
• The machine is associated with an expired volume contract, the title's release date is after the contract expiration date, and there are no entitlements for that title that apply to the machine.

To correct these exceptions, make sure the machine(s) are part of a group that is covered by a volume contract.
