How to Edit a Contract

To edit an existing contract:

  1. From the CAM Purchasing console, select Contracts > All Contracts.
  2. Click Edit next to the contract you want to change.
  3. In the box that opens, make your edits.
    • You can also add orders and the line items they include to this contract by selecting Add Purchase and Add Lease, then following the procedures for entering orders and adding line items to them.
    • Alternately, select Browse Existing to apply existing line items to this contract.
    • You can also select Order Number to edit the order itself from here.
  4. Click Save.
You can change the description of the contract, but if it is one of the templates for Microsoft contracts, you cannot edit the manufacturer name.
