How to Edit an Access Profile

To edit an existing access profile:

  1. From the CAM Purchasing console, select Administration > Access Profiles.
  2. Click Edit next to the access profile you want to change.
    You cannot change the names or descriptions of the Purchasing Administrator or All users access profiles.
  3. In the Access Profile Details box that opens, make your edits.
    • CAM Authentication only: You can edit any of the options for the selected access profile.
    • CSM Authentication only: You can only edit the email addresses used for alerts. All other changes are managed in Cherwell Service Management.
  4. Click Save.
