How to Renew a Maintenance Agreement
To renew an existing hardware or software maintenance agreement:
- From the CAM Purchasing console, select Line Items.
- In the left pane of the Line Items panel, find the Expiring category, then select Hardware Maintenance or Software Maintenance.
- Click Renew next to the line item you want to renew.
- Enter information about the order, then in the second section of the window, enter information about the line item you are renewing.
- Click Save.
The Line Items panel updates with the new information and the line item no longer falls under an Expiring category.
