How to Renew a Maintenance Agreement

To renew an existing hardware or software maintenance agreement:

  1. From the CAM Purchasing console, select Line Items.
  2. In the left pane of the Line Items panel, find the Expiring category, then select Hardware Maintenance or Software Maintenance.
  3. Click Renew next to the line item you want to renew.
  4. Enter information about the order, then in the second section of the window, enter information about the line item you are renewing.
  5. Click Save.

The Line Items panel updates with the new information and the line item no longer falls under an Expiring category.
