How to Specify that Line Items Not Be Reconciled

If there are any line items you don't want to reconcile, you can move them into one of the Reconcile panel's Don't Care categories:

1. From the CAM Purchasing console, select Reconcile.
2. Click one of the Unreconciled categories on the left.
3. In the list that appears on the left, find the line item you want and select its check box.
4. Click Move selected items to Don't Care.
5. Click Yes to confirm.

The line item is now moved to the relevant Don't Care category. You can always reconcile any items that appear in these categories by selecting Reconcile.
