Add or Remove Licenses from a Subscription

To update the original number of licenses purchased:

1. Select Subscriptions.
2. Select the subscription you want to change.
3. In the Licenses Purchased box, enter the correct number of licenses.
4. Select Save.

If the number of Licenses Purchased is changing partway through the subscription period:

1. Select Subscriptions.
2. Select the subscription you want to change.
3. Select the End Date to correspond with the last date when the original number of licenses was in effect.
4. Select Save.

   This "removes" the license from the subscription on the End Date.

5. On the desired connection, select Add a new Subscription to this Connection.
6. Create the new subscription with the new number of licenses. For the Start Date, select the date when the new number of licenses went into effect.
7. Select Save.

   This "adds" the new license(s) on the Start Date.
