Deactivate a Connection

You can deactivate an existing connection. This can be helpful if, for example, a SaaS provider account is no longer active.

Once a connection to a SaaS application is deactivated, new data is not collected. To reactivate a connection, see Reactivate a Connection.

To deactivate a connection:

  1. Select Connections.
  2. Select the connection you want to deactivate.
  3. In the toolbar, select Deactivate connection.
