Create a Knowledge Article in the Portal

By default, only members of the Portal Workgroup Manager Security Group have the rights to create new Knowledge Articles in the CSM Portal.

To create a new Knowledge Article in the Portal:

  1. In the default IT Portal Site, open the Knowledge Article Dashboard by selecting Knowledge Articles on the menu bar.
  2. Select the Create a Knowledge Article link in the Search Knowledge Articles section.
  3. Select an Article Type.
  4. Provide a title and the article content.
  5. Select Save.
