CSM 10.1.1 Enhancements List

CSM 10.1.1 Release Notes: enhancements include new features and changes in functionality.

  • CSM-63422 Blueprints: Implemented a new database maintenance operation so that indexes added by Cherwell SaaS DBAs will no longer inadvertently be removed when a Blueprint is published.
  • CSM-64639 Performance Health Check: Added a rule to detect expressions that use one-to-many relationships. These configurations may cause performance issues because only the first record in a relationship is evaluated by an expression, even if thousands of records are returned. The new one-to-many relationships in expressions rule provides the parent definition type, parent definition name, relationship name, and the path to locate where the expression is configured. Use this information to replace expressions that use one-to-many relationships with expressions that use one-to-one relationships. Note that aggregate expressions are not included in the Health Check rule because in this case, using one-to-many relationship is valid.
  • CSM-65595 Knowledge: Added the Knowledge search button back to the toolbar in CSM Browser Client. This button was moved to the Related Items Pane in CSM 10.0.0 and now exists in both locations.
  • CSM-65701 Server Farms: Changed how user key/session data is stored to increase performance for the CSM Browser Client.
  • DR 50376 One-Step Actions: Dashboards in the Browser Client and Portal now honor One-Step Actions containing refresh Actions.
