Open the Knowledge Source Manager

To open the Knowledge Source Manager:

1. From the CSM Administrator main window, click the Settings category, and then click the Knowledge Sources task.
2. From the Knowledge Mapping window, click the Add button.

   To open the Knowledge Mapping window:

   1. From the CSM Administrator main window, click the Settings category, and then click the Knowledge Mapping task.
