Create a Token Using the Token Selector

In some cases, Tokens can be created using the Token Selector. For example, you can create a new Prompt in a One-Step Action that sends an e-mail to a Customer about a password reset.

To create a new Token using the Token Selector:

1. Open the Token Selector.
2. Click the Expand button to expand the list for the Token.
3. Click New [Token].

   The Define Properties window for the Token opens.

4. Define the properties for the new Token.

5. Select OK.
