Configure MSP Security Groups and Roles
The Managed Service Provider (MSP) mApp® Solution introduces Security Groups to control permissions for Service Desks.
The following Security Groups are now included with the MSP
mApp Solution:
- Company Service Desk 1
- Company Service Desk Manager

There are certain roles associated with each of the new Security
Groups. The following roles are associated with the Company Service Desk 1
Security Group:
- Company Service Desk 1
- IT Service Desk Manager
The following roles are associated with the Company Service Desk
Manager Security Group:
- Company Service Desk Manager
- IT Service Desk Manager
