OOTB Forms

The possibility for Forms is endless. However, to get you started, CSM provides the following OOTB Forms:

• Default Regular Form for each OOTB Business Object. In some cases, multiple Regular Forms are provided. Common examples include:
  • Incident
  • Problem
  • Change Request
  • Knowledge Article
  • Journal
• Summary and Mini-Summary Form for most Major and Supporting Objects (although not all are used).
• Form Arrangement for each OOTB Major Object.
• Form Views of most Major Objects for the OOTB Portal View.
