Using Business Objects
Use Business Objects to manage data and workflow for your business processes. CSM provides multiple OOTB business processes that allow you to effectively solve issues and manage information.
Business Object records are represented as Forms and Grids in the interface. CSM provides records for the OOTB business processes. When working with these OOTB records, Users can, for example:
- Log an Incident
- Create a Service Catalog
- Log a Problem
- Create a Configuration Item
- Create a Change Request
- Log a Knowledge Article
Use these as-is, edit them, or create your own.
