OOTB Portal Metrics
There are several OOTB Portal Metrics available in the Metrics Manager.
Metric | Description | Limiting Criteria |

Active Problems | Measures the number of Problems set as top issues, the number of issues with a workaround, and the number of issues without a workaround. | Problems Set at Top Issues Metric, Problems with Workaround Metric, and Problems with No Workaround Metric. |
Open Known Errors in Portal | Represents the number of open Known Errors in the Customer Portal. | Known Errors in Portal Saved Search. |
Portal Service Alert Color | Represents the Service Alert color in the Customer Portal. | Open Known Errors in Portal Metric, Problems Set as Top Issues Metric, and Incidents Linked to Problems Metric. |
