Desktop Scaling and CSM Administrator

Display settings for Microsoft Windows might affect the user experience of CSM Administrator.

CSM Administrator does not support:

  • Microsoft Windows scaling levels above 125% (120 DPI).

For the best user experience when using CSM Administrator, Cherwell recommends the standard desktop scaling of 100% (96 DPI). Configuring an increased display scaling is not recommended.

  • Display configurations with different Microsoft Windows scaling settings on different monitors.

In such situations, you might experience display issues when moving CSM Administrator windows from one monitor to another. Consequently, Cherwell recommends using the same Microsoft Windows scaling settings on all monitors.
