Create a Security Event from an IT Incident to link the Event to the Incident.
Cherwell ISMS
contains the following
Create ISMS Security Event capabilities:
- One-Step™ Action to open a Security Event.
- Relationship between Incident and Security Event.
- Summary forms for a Security Event.
To configure the Incident form:
- Add a link to the Incident form to initiate this One-Step Action.
- Add the Security Event tab to the Incident form.
