The Dashboard Viewer is a stand-alone tool that displays a single
CSM Dashboard or cycles through a group of Dashboards (called a
Slideshow) without consuming a
license.
Open the Dashboard Viewer by clicking
Start > Cherwell Service
Management > Tools > Dashboard
Viewer.
If you drill down to edit data in a Dashboard, the Dashboard Viewer
launches
CSM, which requires a license.
While most Widgets work in the same way as in the application, there
are some limitations related to the Command Palette. Commands that launch other
Dashboards will work, but all other commands will be ignored.
