To view a Format:

Available Formats (based on security rights): Use the Stored Format Manager.
From a Field that uses a Format (example: A phone number) in a Business Object (CSM Administrator>Blueprints>Create a new/Edit Blueprint>"Business Object">"Field">General tab).
From the Token Selector.
