OOTB Portal Metrics

There are several OOTB Portal Metrics available in the Metrics Manager.

Metric Description Limiting Criteria
Active Problems Measures the number of Problems set as top issues, the number of issues with a workaround, and the number of issues without a workaround. Problems Set at Top Issues Metric, Problems with Workaround Metric, and Problems with No Workaround Metric.
Open Known Errors in Portal Represents the number of open Known Errors in the Customer Portal. Known Errors in Portal Saved Search.
Portal Service Alert Color Represents the Service Alert color in the Customer Portal. Open Known Errors in Portal Metric, Problems Set as Top Issues Metric, and Incidents Linked to Problems Metric.
