About RSS Feeds

Depending on configuration, feeds are either exposed anonymously, or by providing credentials. If credentials are provided, more data is available and the results can be customized based on the User account.

Data from CSM can be shown in an RSS reader. In addition to the summary information provided by the feed, a User can click a link associated with each item to go to the appropriate record in the CSM Web Applications.
