Licensed CSM
users can terminate an AWS product directly from the Desktop Client
or Browser Client.
To terminate an AWS product:
- In the Desktop Client
or Browser Client,
open the CMDB.
- Open the AWS CI and select Terminate Provisioned Product.
Confirm you want to terminate the product. Once you terminate an AWS
product, it is marked as retired in the CMDB. The AWS resource will be
permanently deleted, and you cannot recover this.
