• Site - Major Business Object
• State/Providence/Territory - Lookup Table
• Country - Lookup Table
• Building - Major Business Object

Configuration Items

CMDB CI objects include the following Fields:

• Location - Country
• Location - State
• Location - Site

Automation changes the status from In Stock to Planned when a CI is reserved as part of the purchase request process.

A Service Request that reserves a CI is linked in the Form Arrangement as a related Incident.
