CSM 10.4.3 Release Notes: This list describes fixed issues that were reported in previous releases.

Administration

  • CSM-77236 Cherwell Service Host: Fixed a problem with error handling for the Email Event Monitor.
  • DR 51258 Cherwell Service Host: Resolved an issue where long-running and high load use of CMQS experienced a disconnect due to a new feature in RabbitMQ server. This resulted in items getting stuck in the queues, tables, and required a service host restart to resume processing items.
