You can view the Automation Processes that have run for a specific
record, including detailed status information for each run.
To view Automation Processes for a single
record:
- In the
CSM Desktop Client,
open a record (example: Incident).
- From the toolbar, select
.
A list of Automation Processes that run opens.
- Select a specific Automation Process, and then select
Details to view information about the run.
- Select
Refresh to update the list with new run
records.
Tip: If you are navigating through a set of records, keep
the
Automation Processes run against dialog open
to see the Automation Processes that have run for each record.
