Create a Knowledge Article in the Portal
By default, only members of the Portal Workgroup Manager Security Group have the rights to create new Knowledge Articles in the CSM Portal.
To create a new Knowledge Article in the Portal:
- In the supplied IT Portal site, open the Knowledge Article dashboard by selecting Knowledge Articles on the menu bar.
- Select Create a Knowledge Article in the Search Knowledge Articles section.
- Select an Article Type.
- Provide a title and the article content.
- Select Save.
