Standard Form Sizes

Use Cherwell form size guidelines when you create new forms, including forms for tables and mobile devices.

Form sizes are set on the Edit Layout dialog of the Form Editor.

Form Type	Width	Length	Notes
Desktop (base forms)	1,340	30 pixels past last control	For Major and Supporting objects. Exception: The OOTB Incident form is sized at 1,440 pixels to accommodate Submit on behalf of names in the header.
Lookup Table forms	1,024	30 pixels past last control	Forms with Actions should be sized at 1,340 pixels.
Tablet	1,024	30 pixels past last control
Mobile Device	414	30 pixels past last control
Specifics forms	360
Embedded forms	varies by widget		Mimic layout so embedded form is consistent with the main form.
Summary forms	1,120	30 pixels past last control
