Configure Cherwell HR Case Management
After applying the mApp® Solution, perform the following high-level steps:
- Create HR Roles.
- Create HR Security Groups.
- Assign Users to Teams and Security Groups.
- Update Customer - Internal records with valid Country Code.
- Create Country Specific Catalog Records.
- Create Country Specific Checklist Records.
- Configure HR SLA and set default for HR Cases (advanced, optional).
For Employee Administration areas, perform the following high-level steps:
- Access the HR Administration Dashboard.
- Rename or replace the mApp Factory Application Business Object.
- Import and configure the HR Employee Administrator E-mail Monitor.
- (Optional) Apply additional configuration changes as needed.
