Work an HR Case
Manage multiple related tasks, streamline workflow, or escalate the Case to another team.
- You can escalate an HR Case to another team. Select the Assign to Escalation Team link to re-assign the Case to the default escalation team (identified in the Case Service table). You can assign it to a different team if necessary, but you must use the Assign to Escalation Team link first.
- Use the Tasks tab to manage associated tasks.
- Use the Skip Task and Quick Complete Task Actions to streamline the workflow.
