PPM Demand Portal Form

Use the PPM Demand Portal form to submit ideas to a Project group from the self-service CSM Portal.

Add a link (example: Submit Idea) to the CSM Portal site. When a customer selects the link, a One-Step™ Action runs and displays the form.

To create a PPM Demand from the CSM Portal:

  1. Select the link from the self-service CSM Portal.
    The Demand Portal form displays.
  2. Add a title and description.
  3. (Optional) Add a business reason.
  4. The Requested By field autopopulates the name of the logged in user, but you can change it to a different name.
  5. Select Submit.
    A message displays confirming the idea was submitted.
