Define the Portal Search
To define the Portal Knowledge Search:
- In CSM Administrator, select the Browser and Mobile category and then click Site Manager.
- Right-click the IT Site and then select Edit.
- Click the Display page.
- In the Search section next to the Use Search Widget field, click the ellipses button.
- Right-click the Self Service Searches with Knowledge Widget and then select Edit.
- In the Quick Search section, click Add>CKCS Article.
- Select the Search Attachments check box.
- Click OK.
