Assign Users to Teams and Security Groups

Assign users to teams and security groups to control access to functionality and data.

To add users to Facilities teams:

  1. In CSM Administrator, select Security > Edit users.
  2. Select a user, and then select the User tab.
    1. In the Security group drop-down list, select the appropriate security group for this user.
  3. Select the Teams tab.
    1. Select Add, and then in the Add User to Team window select one or more teams.
    2. Select OK.
    3. To set a default team, select the team and then select Default team.
  4. Save the user profile.
