Create a Work Order (Dispatch)
A dispatch employee can create a non-recurring work order for requests from users.
To create a work order (dispatch or supervisor):
- In the Browser Client or the Desktop Client, open the Dashboard Manager to access your dashboard.
- Select Create New Work Order and enter the work order information in the fields. By default, the customer is the current user, but you can modify this value, if needed (example: The user may be someone who called the help desk to make a request).
- Select Save, and then select Home to return to the dashboard.
