Update Email Notifications

Update email notifications to use your organization's email account.

To update email actions:

  1. On the Desktop Client menu bar, select One-Step > One-Step Manager.
  2. Change the association to Work Order.
  3. Right-click Email Customer on Create, and select Edit.
    1. In the One-Step Editor, select the Create e-mail Action.
    2. On the General page, select your organization's email account from the Send via drop-down list.
    3. Select OK.
  4. Repeat the previous step and substeps for the Email Customer on Close and Email Work Order Assignee Actions.
  5. Select Close.
