Update Email Notifications
Update email notifications to use your organization's email account.
To update email actions:
- On the Desktop Client menu bar, select One-Step > One-Step Manager.
- Change the association to Work Order.
- Right-click Email Customer on Create, and select Edit.
- In the One-Step Editor, select the Create e-mail Action.
- On the General page, select your organization's email account from the Send via drop-down list.
- Select OK.
- Repeat the previous step and substeps for the Email Customer on Close and Email Work Order Assignee Actions.
- Select Close.
