Define Project Risks and Issues
Use the Risks/Issues tab to define risks or issues that might affect the outcome of the project.
This functionality is only available after you apply the mApp Solution.
Risks include complications that exist before the project is initiated, and issues include complications that occur while the project is being implemented.
To add a risk:
- On the Risks/Issues tab in the form arrangement, select New ITPT Risk Issue.
- Complete the Risks/Issues form:
- Select Risk from the Category drop-down list.
- Provide a description and effect (outcomes of the risk).
- Select an Impact and Status from the drop-down lists.
The Impact drop-down list affects the Risk indicator in the default form area.
To add an issue:
- On the Risks/Issues tab in the form arrangement, select New ITPT Risk Issue.
- Complete the Risks/Issues form:
- Select Issue from the Category drop-down list .
- Follow steps b and c above to complete the form.
The Risks/Issues form automatically saves.
